Delicious! Also has a lot of eye appeal with the different colors of the vegetables. I loved the edamame, which gives it a unique quality. I made one change to the recipe. Instead of shredding mozzarella, I bought the small balls of fresh mozzarella and cut them into quarters. A nice, fresh, healthy pasta salad.

I have made this several times now and it is wonderful. Everyone loves it and it makes enough for everyone to have plenty of. My husband helped me chop the vegetables up and he said even he can make this recipe using whatever veggies and it comes out fresh and flavorful everytime.

Just made this recipe for dinner tonight and it was awesome!! I made it earlier in the day and let the flavors marry all day. Everyone LOVED the salad. I liked serving it knowing there are all sorts of good vegetables packed in every bite! Jamie, like you, I left on the carrot peels! No use discarding the vitamins on the peel. The dressing was so good. When I was making it I though 1 glove doesn't seem enough for a box of pasta and I almost added more...I am so glad I didn't! 1 clove of garlic was just the right touch not to overpower the other flavor. Well done Jamie!!

This salad rocked!!! I made it last night and couldn't quit nibbling on it...and it was my lunch today. It is delicious!!! And, much to my surprise...my Husband loved it, too (which is rare!!! It is so versatile...I can see using any veggies you want..if I had any leftover chicken...I'd put that in there...but, it's great just like it is!! And, I LOVED the dressing for it. Next time, I may double the dressing...I love a generous amount of dressing on my salads! I will be making this again...and again!!

This recipe is awesome! My 7 year old son loved it! I am going to try it with chicken next time, I think that is a great idea! I love how this recipe can be so versatile. You can add any veggies that you love. I think shrimp would be a tasty addition also.

This is a very delicious pasta salad. If I were to change anything, it would be to use less pasta and more veggies. Of course you can use any kinds of veggies you have on hand. I would also double the amount of dressing I'd make -- it is the dressing that really makes this salad so good. I also added some small chunks of cooked chicken I had on hand. Also, if you plan to refrigerate the salad for a few hours before eating it, don't add the dressing until you're ready to eat it, or else the pasta will soak it up and it will lose it's good taste. Maybe next time I make it I will try eating it when it's still on the warm side.

Made it last night with the chicken. They were all fantastic. I added red bell pepper, didn't use edamame because I didn't have any. I was skeptical about the mayo, it all blended well together.

So easy and yummy. I was eating it out of the bowl as soon as I stirred it. Can't wait to see how it tastes tomorrow after sitting. I didn't add any extra salt, just salted the pasta water. Yum-oh
