As my hubby and I are trying to eat foods that are more nutritious, this for me was so easy and delicious. I even liked the grape tomatoes which I usually don't like. Thanks for a delicious recipe and for showing us how to make it.

Love this recipe. Had everything for this and the lemon chicken on hand for tonight's dinner. Not too many shows I can watch and go to my kitchen to immediately fix something delicious and nutritious with what I have in my fridge. And something different! Jamie's boys are sweet to watch as well.

Saw this on the show this morning and immediately made it for dinner tonight. It is marinating int he fridge right now, but I have to tell you that it was SUPER easy to make and tastes AMAZING!! I cooked the carrots and edemame a minute longer then the recipe called for because my husband prefers it that way. And after trying it I think next time I would love to try parmesan cheese instead of mozzarella to give it a little saltier, nuttier bite! Now I am working on the lemon rosemary chicken!

I had everything on hand except edamame and green onion. I made the salad with the remaining ingredients and my husband and I both loved it. The salad dressing is similar to broccoli salad dressing, but made with part olive oil (healthier instead of all mayonnaise. It was very tasty. I look forward to making this again. This recipe lends itself to tweaking with what you have on hand. Thanks, Jaime. I enjoy your new show...keep up the good work.

I like this because you can work with whatever you have in the kitchen. My pasta was shell, and I used broccoli, brussel sprouts, carrots and tomatoes. I had parmesan cheese. The dressing is yummy.
