This was absolutely delicious. It was the most moist chicken from the grill I've ever had. Brining is the only way to go when grilling chicken. Great flavors in the chicken and slaw. Will definitely make this again.

The slaw was simple and refreshing and perfect for summer. The chili sauce was a hit and the star of this recipe. It made a ordinary chicken pop and taste delicious. Will use again!!!

This is literally the first review I have ever left on anything, but after having this, I was inspired. I watched the show this morning and really wanted to make this, so my partner and I took the time to do it and it was SO worth it. Absolutely the best grilled chicken on the bone I have ever had. Made a few substitutions with the oregano and mayo, using tarragon and Greek yogurt instead, and it was still unreal. Bobby Flay is the man!
