Making these in mini individual skillets is a fun idea, but I don't have them either so I used ramekins instead. Since it says not to over bake, I pulled them out after 23 mins or so. They looked a bit runny inside just like molten chocolate cake, but when I ate one of them next morning it was all set and delicious! Recipe calls for little flour and lots of butter, so I was wondering if they would come out soft like flourless chocolate cake, but they were more like chocolate cake with melted chocolate chips. Ina Garten's baking recipes are the best in my opinion. They are easy to do at home for any of us, and most importantly so delicious!

Phenomenal brownies! I found the skillets on a awesome restaurant site called Wasserstrom. They were far too cheap to pass up!!! I purchased some milk bottles too! So adorable!

Fantastic recipe! I didn't have the skillets either so I used a jumbo muffin pan and reduced the the cooking time. They came out great!

For those looking for mini skillet pans, culinary depot inc. sells them for $4.22 each BUT you have to order 12. You can buy them individually on Amazon. of course, i used ramekins and it came out great. :-

Made it, ate it, reviewed it! Very easy-not sure why she goes to the trouble of melting chocolate over water bath. I zapped the chocolate/butter in the microwave then cooled it. I used a 10" iron skillet and baked for 15 minutes then spooned out the individual portions into dishes.
