As soon as the show ended, my son and I couldn't wait to print out this recipe. Going to make it tonight. Missed the show on Sunday and just had a chance to see it on-line. Loved all the contestants but am so disappointed it's too late for me to vote for Michelle.

I couldn't wait to taste this recipe for myself! I was eagerly waiting for it to be posted so that we could make it. I loved the flavors and it was so delicious. We would definitely make it again. The reasons this isn't 5 stars:
1 It was very soupy. We just weren't expecting that.
2 The corn- was it supposed to be cooked ahead of time or not? We couldn't tell.
3 It is a very light meal. I'd definitely pair it with an appetizer and dessert.
Thank you, Michelle!

I think this dish is poorly proportioned. I ended up using Middle Neck clams instead of Little Neck as that's all I could find, but the dish was overwhelmed by the chorizo flavor and corn. Maybe if you doubled the number of clams in the dish, it would be better, but 24 clams for 6 servings? That's 4 clams per dish! I would cut the chorizo back to 1/4 of a stick and use 2 or 3 ears of corn instead of 4...then I'd buy some more clams. You might be able to taste them then.

Delicious! All of the components meshed very well from the chorizo to the corn and the clams. Made it over papparadelle and it was a huge hit. We will definitely be making it again!

Talk about New England and seasonal ingredients...this recipe is outstanding. I added some chopped tomatoes (from the garden, a little more basil (how much pesto can one make and loose chirizo sausage. because it's been so hot here in CT, this was put on the grill and voila..a great dinner.
I love almost all of the cooking shows..Mexican, southern, low $$$, Italian etc but it would be refreshing to see a regional show. If she doesn't win, maybe the cooking channel can pick her up like they did with Kelsey Nixon. I think she will go places!!

So excited about the concept of this show. I was really pulled in
when Michelle said there would be road trips to different New England areas.
My vote is with Michelle for the concept of her show and for her wonderful personality.
Great recipe with a unique twist. :
