Yvan was not my top pick until I watched his pilot. I thought "I HAVE to make this!" This is a food network recipe I actually had all the ingredients for in my pantry! It really was as easy to make as he made it seem, and just like on the pilot, the whole family sat around and ate it and LOVED it!!!!

Honestly, until your promo I did not get you. Did not understand where you were coming from. I am now a believer! This dish is the best mac and cheese recipe out there! The real judges are my grandchildren who even ate the leftovers!! That has not ever happened before. Good luck to you.

Im a fan of the show but to tell you the truth you were not my top pick, till your promo. I loved it!! I looked for your recipe right away. Today I pick up the ingredients I needed and made a double batch cause 2 cups of macaroni didn't sound like much. I was wrong 4 cups was a ton. But all went well in the end. I loved this twist on Mac and cheese, it was cheese and sweet from the corn. I will make this again and again. Because I made so much I share with my mother and grandmother and friends. It was a big hit! Good luck on getting your own show I will be watching for you.

OMG good - even in the summer! I couldn't wait to try it, and I left out the hot sauce on top (typical Midwestern palate and included the optional onion powder. Next time, I will use fresh onions, sauteed, but this is awesome stuff! Yummy!
