    Tried this at the end of the show, and am getting ready to make it again....my only issue is that it cuts the richness of the cheese and I want to eat the WHOLE batch myself. Have passed this on to friends and family as well.

    I really wanted to like this, but nuh-uh. Kinda sweet with a weird texture. Will make mac & cheese with corn on the side next time.

    This was the most amazing mac and cheese recipe I have ever made. My kids couldn't get enough of it! The sweet corn and hot sauce gave it a whole new texture and flavor.

    This dish was horrible! I was really excited to try this after seeing it on Food Network Star and finally was able to last night. Not only was it far too sweet, but it was a bizarre texture and a complete waste of ingredients. My youngest took one bite and spit it out; I wasn't far from that.

    I admit I was skeptical about this recipe. I don't use canned vegetables and I don't like creamed corn, but this was delicious. My 6 year old twins chowed down on it -- they had 2 helpings each which is unusual for my son!

    I'm sorry Yvan didn't win -- he was my favorite. I hope to see him on Food Network in the future!
