Very tasty. I think that this was an elevated dish that a novice cook could handle well. In my opinion, the best show would be Ivan making a down home dish for a good price and then passing the recipe off to Justin to reinvent the recipe where cost was not an issue. Ivan and Justin are two sides of the same coin and, in my opinion, both deserve a show.

My children (age 11, and twins who are 9 and I (forever 21, have been ticking to your egg timer all season and we couldn't wait to prepare your "rebellious" Caesar salad. It was gelatinous nirvana! You are such a sweetheart--my kids and I are rooting for you. Good luck this Sunday Justin! (Food Network--please give him a show!

I just saw the show on Monday night and I am going out tomorrow to get all the fixings to make this on Wednesday. I have done grilled Caesars, but this will be a first, CAN'T Wait. Stepping outside the box is fresh and new but the inspiration from a culinary visionary is a stepping stone to a great future. Kudos to Alton for inspiration but Bravo to Justin for the spunk.

I made this recipe today for guests. It was actually fairly easy to make and the taste was amazing! The grilled lettuce was perfect match for the creamy silky aspic dressing. A true stroke of genius by Justin. Thank you and good luck Justin.
