This recipe was awesome! It is the best recipe I have had for Brussels Sprouts. My children used to feed Brussels sprouts to our dog under the dinner table because they hated them. Of course I found this out years later! But I fed this to them and they really liked it, and didn't give any of them up to our dog this time! Bravo Jamie!

I found Meaghenelizabeth's comment interesting, do I made the recipe for New Years Eve dinner. The only thing I did not have in my hose was sage, other that that, i followed the recipe. I found the Shredded Brussel Sprouts to be very good.

If I should change anything, it would be to have some more whorshester souse in it...

I can't belive this Recipe has such good reviews it was awful ! I really love Brussels Sprouts and this by car was the worst recipe i have ever used for them. Not only was it alot of work to find the right ingredients ( and i spent all day chopping but the flavor was so bland and was way to 'worchestery' for me. I made this for one of our christmas dinners and everyone at the table commented that they liked my recipe from last year better. The year before i sliced Brussels Sprouts in half , Sprinkled olive oil and curry powder on top and squeezed lemon all over them. Tossed them and threw them in a pan and baked them at 350 for 35 minutes and they were unreal !

These Brussel sprouts were great..The only thing I added was a little chicken stock when they were looking a little dry..

This was a nice way to incorporate brussels sprouts into my veggie sides since my family has never eaten them. Very good!

I made this a few days after the episode aired. It was ok but I cooked the brussel sprouts a little too long.I would have preferred them crunchier.
