    Made these last Sunday for dinner - out of this world delicious. Picture perfect! Making them again today with The Neely's Kansas City Ribs. Don't know why I didn't make Jamie's. I think the Neely's was a little less vinegary sounding. We shall see. These potatoes though are a HIT!!

    I followed everything exactly. Only when I was re-reading the recipe did I realize I left the bacon out. Its not listed in the mixture directions. Oh well, I added it to the top...Im sure it'll taste just fine in the end.

    I saw Jamie making this recipe this morning on t.v. and made it tonight and it is my most favorite twice baked potato recipe ever. I used Oscar Mayer turkey bacon and it was wonderful. I cook every day for my family and this is now in our "Family Favorites" file! Thank you Jamie!
