SENSATIONAL sauce. I don't have an outside grill so I mad these in the oven and they were excellent. GOOD JOB

I was a little intimidated about making ribs but when I watched Jamie's technique I decided to give it a try. Very easy and delicious. I halved the recipe and used a little less vinegar - yum!!! Mine were juicy but did not fall off the bone like others said. Should I have cooked them less/more in the oven? Shortened the time on the grill? I did use a stove to grill so maybe that effected it...

I have never been so excited over a baby back rib recipe as I was for this one. Jamie has done himself proud. So easy and delicious.
I did use barbecue sauce out of the bottle. But the ribs fell off the bone. Sooooooo very good. You must try. You won't be disappointed.

Love the recipe. I used my smoker instead and smoked 2 hrs on low and then cooked ribs in sauce for 2 hrs at 250deg for 2 hrs. They were tender and delicious. My little ones loves them.

These were amazing- both the ribs with the rub and the sauce. I thought the sauce was a little acidic to eat alone or as a topping after it was cooked. However, it was wonderful basted on the meat while grilling. This was pretty easy, also. Will be doing this again soon. Will also probably make the homemade BBQ sauce again but use a little less cider vinegar.

This a keeper for us. We did the ribs first and the flavor and tenderness was perfect. Tonight we tried the rub and sauce on a pork tenderloin it was great but the ribs were over the top. Next our plan is to try it all on chicken. Nothing needs changing. Absolute perfection.

These are truly the best ribs. I also thought there was a lot of apple cider vinegar but once you
reduce and then baste the ribs, this barbeque sauce was perfect. Actually made all the dishes in this show and they sure were a hit. The chewy toffee bars we served warm (20 secs in microwave with french vanilla ice cream. Yummy! Not too sweet either.

I haven't tasted the ribs yet. Will tonight. However, the bbq is extremely acidic. I recommend lowering the amount of apple cider vinegar!!!!!
