I wish the recipe had specified what exactly ground meatloaf mix was because what I got was so fatty we just fed it to the dogs. It’s a much simpler recipe than getting all fresh vegetables and cutting them up as I normally do and also considerably cheaper. But; it takes over an hour to make with waiting for the water to boil and the meat to cook through. I will modify this recipe for my next use of it using buffalo meat or turkey instead of whatever meatloaf mix is; which should also cut down cooking time for that section of the recipe considerably as well. This would be good lasagna for people who won’t eat vegetables or families with children. And it was fairly cheap because I got mostly store brand items and it still tasted good (except the meat but I can’t blame that on the recipe really, it’s just our personal preference.

I thought this version of lagasna was great! And so easy to make! I am not a big fan of very saucy lasagna and this one just just the right amount of sauce.

My husband, who is not a fan of lasagna, and I enjoyed this recipe very much. I used ground turkey and added Italian seasoning to it. I also used extra mozzerarella in layers and and on top. Very good.

The lasagna was a family hit! I did not add the red pepper flakes, used turkey meat and low-fat mozzarella and ricotta cheese. Even with these changes, it was still delicious and healthier. Can't wait to make it again!

ok the lead in said stove top lasagna and I thought great .. then the 1st thing said turn on the broiler .. that makes it not completely stovetop ... and seems to me just as easy to get it together and put it in the oven for 20 minutes (that is what I did and it tasted great ..
as I am not big on using the broiler .. cant never seem to get the distance right .. but the recipe was great . just figured why do the broiler .. when you could use the time to finish off the salad and heat the garlic bread with the lasagna .. again what I did my guest enjoyed it

This recipe is easy to follow and the final product is excellent. I made this for my husband for dinner and he loved it. I know I will be making this dish again in the near future.

    HOW MISLEADING!!
If it was truly stove top you wouldn’t have to finish the recipe by heating it under the broiler. I prefer the standard lasagna baked it the oven. It looks a lot better (that picture you featured is very unappealing and the flavor is much better, too.

It says 10 minutes prep time, then it starts with heat water, cook noodle for 11 minutes. that 10 minutes isn't realistic at all.
Tastes good, but takes about a hour to make!
