This roast chicken was easy to make and very flavourful. I'm always looking for a different take on roast chicken. Melissa tells you to keep the chicken out for 1/2 before roasting (which I did but doesn't mention it in the recipe. Another Melissa win!

I love how crispy the chicken skin gets when you cook it with the butter and sesame oil. Just delicious.

I just made this for dinner tonight using chicken legs in place of the whole chicken. Regardless, the tomatillo sauce gives any chicken a bump in taste. Very yummy for dipping the pita chips in as well.
