I'm not sure if I screwed it up. My fish completely fell apart and seemed very "wet" even though I padded it down dry. The flavor was good and even tried it with frozen fries (which turned out awesome. I used Sam Adams Boston Lager. It wasn't as crispy on the outside as I thought it would be. I will probably try again and see if it will come out better next time.

Flavoring on the cod was fantastic! The only negative would be that I put my sweet potatoes in as instructed for 40 minutes and they burnt. However, I was also cooking the fish at the same time so did not check them at all until 40 minutes was up. So for all of you that will be making this - make sure you check in on your fries! Otherwise the fries had great flavor.

I didn't cook the fish but I did cook the fries, these were sooooo good! The orange zest just made them sooo much better.

Ok Miss Paula, and no disrespect to Bobby. I may have screwed it up. I followed the recipe and my batter stuck to my pan. Flavors were there-I think it was my error. Love and Best Dishes:. I'll try again. Thanks, I enjoy your shows, as do my three boys/four if you count my husband. And actually this was important-because my guys don't eat fish. We fish, but catch and release-I crashed and burned.:(
