    my grandkids love this dip just as is without the x-tra stuff adults put in to kick it up...thanks Jamie for making things that KIDS love....

    This was actually very bland to me and both of my kids. (And I did grate the cheese at home...always do. After adding some grated onion, minced jalapenos, a few dashes of hot sauce, and some extra pimientos it tasted much better. Still, I would not use this recipe again.

    This is really something special - authentically Southern! It has become a family favorite, and it's so easy! I added 2 finely chopped jalapenos for extra kick. I recommend using block cheese and grating it yourself for a fresher taste. FANTASTIC!

    Made this for my husband and I as we worked on a home remodel project. I added a couple of shots of tabasco and a few sliced green onions : Side of red grapes and a salad with the Queso Dip on sliced french bread and cold beer! It was a delicious treat. Best Wishes for continued success with the new show! Looking forward to more goodies
