I got all excited and made it for my girls (3 and 5. Unfortunately, none of us could palate it. Not even me. We made it wit soy milk and added everything per recipe. So I threw it out and made another batch leaving out the oatmeal and adding pineapple instead of peaches and a dash of lime juice. That transformed the drink and we all had it. A little mint would also help it I think. Next time. Great idea but needed a bit of modification at our home.

I halved the ingredients as it would only be for me. This was good. Mine looked just like the picture. I used rice milk and whole millk. Were the oats supposed to be cooked? I added them dry. It was delicious and different! What I would like to find is the smoothie Teri Nunn of Berlin showed in her VH1 interview! I want what she drinks!

I was signing in to answer the question, sorry it's so late, but thought others might be interested. Yes, you can store it in the fridge and use it the next morning. The froth on top will need to be stirred back into the drink, but it still tastes good. Also, you can cut the recipe in half and just have an extra-large drink for yourself. My husband and I loved this, it made a refreshing change for breakfast and it was great with the other items in the show for breakfast.

Sounds really good, and from the reviews it is good. That is the reason I gave it 4 stars. The recipe is 4 servings, even if I half it, there will be an extra serving. This is for me only so.........will it be good the next morning??

This was a hit with my kids! They were hesitant to try it just because of the color, but once they did, they loved it. I love it too because of the added nutrition. I love that you can "hide" the spinach. It filled them up so much, they did not want to eat anything else. Perfect for busy mornings.

Great smoothie! My picky 18 month old son loves it! He kept calling it "ice cream". I tried this recipe twice; the first time I tried using regular milk instead of the vanilla soy and it didn't turn out nearly as good. What's great is you can't even taste the spinach; only the vanilla, peach and banana. I'm making this a snack-time staple at our house.
