Outstanding!! I had bought some tilapia & was looking for a healthy way to prepare it when I came upon this recipe. I used 4 tablespoons of mango peach salsa b/c I didn't want to go back to the store for tomatoes. I will be making versions of this again & again. Steaming/baking the fish in the foil packets is the way to go!!!!!

This is AWESOME!!! Reading the recipe, I wasn't sure how this would turn out. I have prepared tilapia so many different ways and this is, by far, the VERY BEST!!! No changes are needed. If you haven't tried this recipe, please do. You will be pleased. Did I say this is a wonderful dish? IT IS!!!
    This is a KEEPER!!!!

I'm not a big fan of Tilapia, so I substituted striped bass fillets and the results were delicious! The fish fillets stayed very moist and was not at all over-cooked. Great fresh flavors!

Made this tonight. Made 2 changes used fresh cherry tomatoes from the garden and aded paprika for color. Very tasty. The tilapia was moist and juicy. This was healthy and full of flavor. Keep your delicious simple meals coming. Love this another way to prepare tilapia.

Gee, I hate to be negative, especially after reading all the positive reviews. This wasn't bad, but it didn't wow my wife or me. In fact, we ate it all, but threw the recipe away. It's not something I'd bother to do again. It just didn't have a lot of taste. I'll admit that I didn't include any salt (for medical reasons, but salt alone shouldn't change the taste of a recipe for people accustomed to not using salt. I like tilapia, but this wasn't "it".
