YUM!!! Was browsing for recipes, found this, had the pancetta and a fresh leek from a neighbor's garden. Definitely will be making this again.

Simple and delicious! First time I've ever bought Leeks or Pancetta so I was a little worried but decided to try it anyway. The Leeks had such a mild onion-y flavor - they were delicious. I didn't have the full amount of cream on hand, so I just used what I had +/- 1/4 cup. Will make this for a dinner party because I know everyone will think I'm chef-like! Thanks Ree!

This was fantastic. Real comfort food and so easy to make. I added mushrooms to the basic recipe, and will again next time I make it. Absolutely delicious pasta dish.

Really enjoyed this. I did use the butter with the leeks and chardonnay for the wine. I'm thinking of using a different wine next time, I feel like the chardonnay was a little over powering for this dish.

I've made this twice, the first time with bacon and the second time with pancetta. For wine I used a chardonnay. I'm not sure why, but it's been disappointing both times. So many people have talked about how unbelievably delicious this is, but mine always ends up tasting bland. I probably won't attempt this anymore.

OMG! This is the best recipe EVER! We have had this three times since I saw the recipe. Changed up the pasta...tagliatelli for the farfalle and added mushrooms (sauted with the leeks. Perfection! We even spooned some leftover sauce (we made a double batch because it is that good over lightly steamed asparagus and it was just as yummy.

    Oh. my. goodness.

If you haven't made this before, and you are considering it- just start writing your grocery list already. Seriously, THE best pasta dish that I have had. I've never used pancetta (which I actually switched with prosciutto, because it was all I could find or leeks before this recipe. My family and I had to put it in the fridge, because we couldn't stop eating it! This will be a go-to recipe.

Substituted the pancetta for turkey bacon and the cream for fat-free half and half to cut some of the fat but even with these changes, super easy and super yummy.

Love this recipe. Super easy and I had never cooked with leeks or wine before! Even my meat and potato husband ate it.

I liked the recipe. It was very easy to make and it was different from just the ordinary pasta dish.
