Simple, easy and delicious. Good meal for a weeknight. I used bacon because I had some I needed to cook from a previous recipe, and I tend to prefer bacon to pancetta anyway. Yummy.

This recipe was amazing!! Easy to make, & reminded me of a carbonara sauce, without the egg yolks! My daughter & I watched the episode then had a mother & daughter cooking moment! Everyone loved it!!!

I have made this dish numerous times and those that I prepare the dish for absolutely love the tastes. I have had to not disclose ALL the ingredients (leeks to those picky eaters until after the dining experience to insure they do try something new. I have substituted crumbled bacon for the on occasion when pancetta was not available. Love the show!

This dish is delicious. While cooking the bacon and leeks my family couldn't wait for it to be done because the smell is so good! Try it, you'll love it!

Excellent-quick, easy, and delicious. My whole family loved this-even our pickiest eater. I added shredded meat from a store bought rotisserie chicken. Great for a busy weeknight, but I would also serve this to guests. I used 16 oz of pasta, so I doubled the pancetta, wine, and cream to make enough sauce for the extra pasta and chicken.
