I must have made a mistake after adding strawberries and balsamic. Way too much liquid. Even though I am not much on Feta, all my guest were huge cheese lovers and no one enjoyed the salad. I had a hard time believing it was a hot salad with Strawberries. Is there a mistake in the directions?

This was incredible. I was tempted to make some changes (because I usually do but in this case, I followed the recipe to a T, with the minor exception of using EVOO instead of grapeseed oil. Restaurant quality, without a doubt.

It was great! I wanted to try this as soon as I saw it. Unfortunately due to the season I was forced to use frozen strawberries, I will wait til they are in season and do this again! I did love the taste and the variety of items in it. Many textures and flavors~

A very flavor filled salad with eye appealing color. The contrast of sweetness of the Riesling & strawberries along with the acidity of the balsamic brings a unique tang to the meats, salad and cheese.
