    Very delicious! The almond extract adds a little something extra. I halved the recipe and used on her coconut cupcakes.

    I have to admit I am usually a cream cheese icing snob, I hadn't found one that I really loved. Well I am happy to say I have found one that I am in love with.

    Very Good Icing! I like the versatility of this recipe. Small changes to the recipe can add flavor the icing or make a savory cheese ball. The recipe makes a HUGE amount of icing...and I only added a portion of butter the recipe called for. I was icing 2 dozen cupcakes and had enough leftover to ice another 2 dozen. It was easy to freeze the icing and reuse which cut down on time making icing the second round.
