As always, Ina's recipes NEVER disappoint!! Cleaned out my veggie drawer...roasted zuch, shrooms, jalapenos, green peppers, onions....left out the cream and next time I'll cut the salt in half....other than that, wouldn't change a thing!!

Yummy! This is not only a great breakfast dish, but also a good one for dinner. I just had a baby four months ago so trying to slim back down. Thought this would be one to try. Made it healthier by omitting all but three eggs and instead used Egg Beaters in place of the eggs I took out. I did find it not to be cooked all the way in the middle, but I think it was due to the egg substitution, either that or my oven. I just had to keep it in the oven 5 minutes longer than recipe states. BTW Jack cheese, green chilies and Canadian Bacon are excellent in this dish.

This is a delicious savory entree for brunch. I had some guests with issues about consuming too many carbs, so this was a great way to get an easy egg dish on the table. I did remove half of the yolks to help my friends watching their cholesterol levels. Could not tell that they were missing. Watch the time, mine was a bit too cooked on the bottom and I did not have to place the dish back in the oven when the cheese went on. It was hot enough to melt on its own. Unfortunately, there were no leftovers, and we had another entree and four sides!

I followed the recipe exactly and absolutely loved this frittata. I am sure bacon or ham would add an additional element of delight but wanted to keep it just vegetables. Think I will try green chilies and peppered monterey jack next time. Thanks Ina you have become the chef that I follow the most!

I made this for my 3 men and myself. Being that my men are kind of picky eaters i only used onions and green bell peppers, breakfast sausage and bacon, green onions and OF COURSE a lot of cheddar to top it off!!! It went wonderful! My boys LOVED IT!!!!!!!!!!
I plan on making it at least once every 2 weeks!
    Thank you so much!

This recipe is wonderfully delicious!! My family loves it too. Just watching her make this this morning, on her show, made me run to the store this morning and buy the stuff to make it.

As soon as I watched this, I jumped up and made it. I added peppered ham, diced, and cut the recipe in half, still delicious !! It's a keeper !
