A huge hit! It's like macaroni and cheese with a killer twist. The pumpkin is subtle and adds such great flavor. Perfect family dinner and festive for the season :

I love pumpkin so I added more pumpkin. Didn't have heavy cream so I added whole milk instead. It came out great. Even my son who is not big with trying new things; liked it. I will make this dish again. Tip; sauce thicken up as it cools; put some pasta water aside even if you don't think you need it. Don't boil sauce will separate.

My family and I loved this. We didn't have shallots on hand so we minced up onion and garlic in it's place. The pumpkin flavor was not strong, my daughter didn't even notice it. It had a great flavor. I will definitely make this again.

I was skeptical of the pumpkin, but was pleasantly surprised at the tastiness.
Once it's all made, you can't taste the pumpkin flavor, but it adds such a great
depthness of flavor. Very worth trying!!

Loved it! It was easy and everyone ate it all up. Next time I might add a little extra pumpkin though. The pumpkin flavor was very mild.

Liked the pumpkin in the sauce. Ours was a little under seasoned, needed a little salt and pepper added to it. We used sage rather than parsley, it was a nice addition.

This was very easy to make. We added chicken. The pumpkin flavor is not too strong.
