    I made this for dinner last night with Ina's Tequila Lime Chicken. Delish! Like a previous reviewer I only added 2 limes/zest. I think next time I will do 1 1/2 limes/zest. It had a bit too much citrus. I used about 2 1/2 cups of chicken broth. I used 2 in the beginning and cooked for 10 minutes. At that point I added another 1/2 cup and cooked the rice for 5 more minutes. It was really good and will definitely make again!

    Made this rice with fish tacos and it turned out really well. I scaled down the amount of lime juice/zest slightly and felt that the balance of flavors was perfect. Will definitely make again.

    Made this to go with the enchiladas from the same episode. Really good! I did not add the juice from the third lime because it was limey enough with two. Will definitely make again!

    WOW!!!!!!!!!!This is soo delicious with the enchiladas. What a perfect pair. Very tasty and easy. I love all of Ree's recipes. Look forward to see what she is making next.
