Fantastic and a beautiful presentation! So easy to make. I substituted Cool Whip, (Blasphemy I know but I don't usually have much luck with whipping cream.
Took longer to fry the wrappers than to make the dip but sooo worth it! The wrappers were a perfect light and complementary taste and not greasy at all. Everyone raved about it. This is my new take to the party food!

Jeff, you're awesome! This has to be one of the easiest treats to make and it takes just a great as a traditional cannoli. Since it's so easy, I took it to the next level by making fresh ricotta (also very easy, it makes it so much tastier.

Sorry to break it to you Jeff, but Michael Chiarello did this recipe before, although yours is prettier. It's delicious!
