Well, I thought this recipe had potential....until I tasted it. BLAHHHH :( is all I can say. read the other reviews and tried to improve it, but nothing worked. The only good thing was the Yogurt-Hummus Sauce, which was the first thing to be eaten with pitas, instead of the recommended ingredients.

Quick and healthy recipe! The ingredients are on the expensive side and not things I generally have on hand. The dip is very good mixed in with the shrimp and couscous.

The flavors were all great, but I don't think the couscous worked well with the shrimp and dip. Next time I think I'll do the shrimp, dip, and maybe some roasted vegetables and potatoes, or herbed pita or something along those lines. I doubled the hummus in the dip, and used the dill, and it was really, really good with the shrimp.

    very easy! and very tasty!
the one weird thing was we didnt know what to do with the sauce (we liked it alot fist we dipped the shrimp in, then we tried pouring it onto the dish and mixing it in, and I think we liked that more.
and a couple changes i made were doing without the apricots we didnt want the sweetness, adding minced garlic to the shrimp mixture before putting it under the broiler, using dill (not mint in the did, and we only had regular paprika so thats what i used...

all in all, very good and easy

I have never written a review but this recipe was so awful I had to share since it's in contrast to the other reviews written. i make a lot of food network kitchen recipes and have generally enjoyed them, but this one was just not good. My husband and I ate it but only b/c it seemed like a waste to throw it out. I thought the dip was the worst part but I was only able to let it meld together for about an hour; perhaps longer would have improved the taste but I doubt it. We couldn't even eat it and since we worked to avoid it, the rest of the dish was really blah. Very disappointing as I love all of the ingredients in this recipe; they just didn't work well together.

Didn't have shrimp so I made it with chicken. Excellent! The apricots, tomatoes and greek dip with mint really made the dish interesting and tasty. I also added extra hummus which helped tone down the sour of the greek yogurt dip.

Quick and tasty. Not a big fan of hummus or greek yogurt but the dip turned out to be yummy too! recommended

If you want a quick, pretty and tasty meal, this is the one. I used 1/4 tsp. of smoked paprika instead of hot because that is what I had. It added a very slight smokey taste which was good. The addition of apricots to the couscous adds color and flavor. My husband added a little hot sauce to his.
