My favorite out of this episode (Count your Chickens--really good, and not very mustard-y, despite the quantity. Will keep this recipe on hand for quick BBQ

My husband doesn't like chicken dishes and hates fruit in his dinner but he tried it and said we have to have it again. I did put in only half the apples required and substituted dried mustard for the dijon but the whole family loved it (except the fussy daughter.

This is very tasty! A big hit in our house. Declared a "keeper" by my husband, which is saying a lot because he is a picky eater! When making the sauce I thought it might turn out a bit "vinegary", but when everything was blended together, it really mellowed out the vinegar taste. Good balance of flavors. I made this recipe as written.

I just made this and it is AMAZING! I substituted 1 tbsp regular mustard for dijon since I didnt have dijon and substituted 1/4 cup molasses for maple syrup since I didnt have maple syrup. I also added 1/2 cup brown sugar to balance everything since I didnt add the sweet maple syrup. I love this!!
