    This vinaigrette is fantastic. So tasty and complimented the beets perfectly. I added some roasted pecans on the top for crunch and this salad was delicious!!

    Delicious and easy to make salad. I usually hate cooked beets, but this recipe converted me. It's easy to make and it looks beautiful on the table. Definitely bake the beets for 45 minutes and know that your hands will be beet red by the time you are done.
