    What kind of yeast have you used? I had some dificulty to the initial rise step, any advise? thanks. the final result is awesome.

    Love this bread,very easy to make.I am going to make it for Thanksgiving and for every Holiday from now on!The only thing I will change is the salt amount,was a bit salty to my taste!

    Delicious bread, so easy to do. Problem was I needed more water to achieve a "wet, sticky dough"--added an extra 1/4 cup. Is the recipe correct as written?
