Made this today, it was awesome. The egg yolk mixing with the fondue was really tasty.

The was a great tasty brunch dish. Needed to make hubby something before a big meeting this am. Went to kitchen and made a mini bechamel and added cream cheese and cheddar. toasted bread and made poached eggs. this is one of those dishes that is a no brainer, but I had never thought of it before...so I am so glad someone brought it to my attention! Served it toast down first, then fondue then poached eggs on top with chives sprinkled over. sliced tomatoes on the side...pretty and tasty. thanks Sandra!
