I saw the Dean brothers make this this weekend and couldn't wait to try it. I followed the recipe/directions exactly and it was the best sweet potato dish I have ever made or had (my husband also gave it two thumbs up. The bacon really makes the dish stand out, that blend of sweet and salty. Can't wait to see how it tastes tomorrow.
