Excellent recipe! The bacon really brings a smoky flavor to the apple salad. The presentation was incredible. The pork was moist with just the right crust from the pan sear.
Thank you Chef Robert, I have a great amount of respect for you! My girlfriend was blown away, and thanks to you she now thinks that we're both superstars! If I could I would have given it 6 STARS!

Our favorite pork chop dish. Instead of white balsamic vinegar I used lemon juice like he used on the episode. I also brined the chops like he did on the episode. So delicious!!!!

Great recipe that I followed almost to a T. The few changes I made were that I brined the chops in a simple saltwater spice brine for a couple hours and seeing that I did not have white balsamic vinegar on hand I substituted with white wine vinegar and doubled the sugar.
I served it along side with mash potatoes and everyone really enjoyed this meal.
I will make this recipe again!

There is a brine recipe from the episode, "Sweet Tea", and that dish is similar (Pork Chops with Apple Hash. The brine works wonders!! Really good recipes both of them.

Simply wonderful - simply simple. But I wish the brinning process was added because it does make it better.
