Maybe some eggs or extra breadcrumbs? Idk but a few pieces fell apart.
The taste was OK. Won't be making again but it was eatable for tonight's dinner. I didn't hate it. I just didn't love it.

I followed the receipe, minus seasoning sauce, and it was very tasty and the family liked it as well. I would have used mushrooms too, but family no like! AND I didn't have extra lean beef at the time and used old regular ground hamburger and it still tasty. Thank you for this one too!

The flavor was good, but my patties kept falling apart. I wonder if I should add a egg next time to bind all the meat together. I ended up with ground beef crumbles versus patties, but it still tasted very good.

This was sooo good!! I didn't use the seasoning sauce in the gravy and it was still great! Very easy to make and quick! Will definitely be printing this out and putting in my recipe notebook!

I mAde this as instructed and the meat was tender but the gravy sucked. I strained the meat and onions out of it to serve. guess my palate is different from the other reviewers.

Fabulous! Since there are two of us I used a 1 lb of ground sirloin, but didn't change the gravy quantity. We got two dinners, which was great. The first, I made roasted brussels sprouts and baked potato, and the second, noodles and peas. The recipe is a nice change from burgers and a little more elegant.

I made the meat just as Ree says to do...and made my own take on the gravy, using mushrooms and basically a beef gravy...the meat was tender, tasty and family loved it! I only used a pound of meat, ground round...and it made four decent size patties. I made them on the flatter side and they didn't have to cook long...then I put them in the pan with the gravy (floating on top, sorta and served it like that. WOW...a keeper
