I saw this recipe this morning and decided to try it for dinner tonight. It was a huge hit! My two kids loved it. My daughter who is 7 is very picky ate every bit of it and even wanted a second helping! Trisha is my hero:

I have been looking for a really GOOD Chicken Tortilla Recipe for years, and I saw this today, and within 60 minutes I was at the store buying ingredients. I made this and it is sooooooo GOOD! Absolutely fabulous...and as I write this I can hear my husband scraping the bottom of the soup bowl...Good thing I have lots more...

In a word....amaaaaazin'!!!! followed recipe exactly, except added a bit of cilantro to mine in my bowl! I agree with others... Best chicken tortilla I've made!

Lordy, Lordy - I just died and went to heaven. Trish is my new best friend. This is my first time posting a review - this is delicious! Next time I'm going to cut back on the fat and use a combination of half and half and milk. This has just a little "kick" from the fajitas seasoning packet. Gotta go. Time for a second helping!

I just made it and I LOVE it just perfect for me and my crowd. I do not like things real spicy and I have things for people that want to spice theres up. It is so creamy. I will be making this a lot thanks. I think I will make some cornbread now to go with it.

Seen Trisha make this today so I was thinking it was cool and breezy this morning so Chili came to mind. Seen this episode and said I will make Chili and this soup. College Game day it is (GO GATORS and wanted something different. Everyone loved it. Including the one who does not care for beans. So simple and looks appealing and tasted GREAT! Left overs will be even better I bet if their is any. Thank You Trisha for a great share recipe!
