Didn't taste fresh and the dressing clashed with the other flavors.

We expected a more lite and refreshing salad. This seemed heavy and did not taste fresh.

The lime juice curdeled my yogurt! Also, we did not like the combination of fruit, especially the Lichi nuts.

The idea is good but the flavors have this overall "tin" taste. I'd use fresh fruit next time except for the lychees which you can't get fresh except for a very short period each year, usually in Chinatown. I felt like I wasted a bunch of canned fruit.
