Delicious! I used a rotisserie chicken which helped on time. It was so creamy! I also added a tsp of dried tarragon to the meat mixture and it worked out well.

Omg I love this recipe! My 5 year old who usually will only eat chicken nuggets, pizza, or grilled cheese gobbled this up. I also added Reames egg noodles and season salted the chicken and it was fantastic. This has become a family favorite!

First I need to say that I cannot cook. I stink at it. I love watching all the cooking shows and wish I could make what they do. It never turns out until now. This recipe was so simple and easy. I read the other reviews and did add some Wondra to the soup/stock mixture and it was perfect. I also use organic chicken that I season with Crazy Jane. This was awesome. I will make this again.

This was delicious and so easy! For the chicken, I used a store bought cooked roaster. For the broth, I used low sodium and it still had plenty of salt. To round out the meal, I boiled some baby potatoes and cooked a bag of frozen peas. Next time I will try adding some thyme in the crust topping, as one reviewer suggested. This recipe came in handy for an impromptu meal with my children and grandchildren, and was a huge hit along with some corn the cob that someone had brought! My daughter (a busy mom herself requested the recipe.

Sooooo amazingly good and simple to make! I used the chicken tenders and seasoning part from Sunny Anderson's Easy Chicken Pot Pie and also added frozen peas and carrots. My 3 year old daughter ate some and wanted seconds, and my husband asked me why I never made this before! The BEST and EASIEST chicken pot pie!!

I made this last night and the entire thing was devoured by my husband and son! I did add some frozen peas and corn to the chicken mixture and some fresh thyme to the crust, but other than that, I stuck with the recipe. I'll be making this again & again! I also want to try making it using beef, beef stock and a vegetable beef soup or beef gravy. Yummo!

This was super easy to make. But, it was pretty bland. Maybe I didn't put enough salt in the crust. Someone else suggested seasoning the chicken with seasoned salt. I think that is a great idea and will try that if I ever make this again.

I prepared this for our family and another. Basically tripled the ingredients except used only a32 oz. pkg. of chicken broth. First I sauteed some onion, garlic and mushrooms in butter, added a family sized package of frozen mixed veggies which I had thawed and then the broth & soup and a few tablespoons of sour cream. Used 2 9x13 pans. The juice was a little runny so next time I will add a little Wondra. I used rotisserie chicken. Definitely a keeper - everyone in both families enjoyed it. Thank you for a wonderful recipe Trisha.
