Wow, amazing. This was tremendous and I added a layer of granola from Ina's "Fruit Crunch Sundae" recipe. It was the freshest and best tasting yogurt I've ever had.

I love when you find a recipe that is versatile and just fun to make. I personally LOVE peaches (if I had been Eve and the forbidden tree was a peach tree I would have eaten every fruit there..lol. I love it when I can get my kids into the kitchen and they can help me. They feel so accomplished. We make this with every fruit we can think of. I have had it with peaches, raspberries, blackberries, strawberries and mangoes and so many more. I love the foundation of the recipe so I dont tweak it. We make our own granola so that is what we top it with.

I made this as part of a brunch I hosted for some friends. Everyone loved it !!
I tripled the recipe because once you strain the yogurt, you are not left with much -- it's mostly water! I served it with fresh fruit on the side as well as Ina's Cinnamon, Cherry and Almond Granola --- GREAT! I didn't make it with all the honey and nectar because I like it thicker and not too sweet, so taste as you go along until you get it the way you want it!

I MADE TWO BATCHES OF THIS YOGURT..ONE WITH FRESH MANGOS (LIVE IN FLORIDA AND HAVE A MANGO TREE IN YARD AND MANGO NECTOR, AND THE OTHER WITH FREST STRAWBERRIES AND ONE SMALL BOX OF FROZEN, USING THE JUICE FROM THE FROZEN FOR THE NECTOR. I ADDED FRESH BLUEBERRIES TO THE MANGO AND FRESH BLACKBERRIES AND RASBERRIES TO THE STRAWBERRY..DIDN'T HAVE ANY GRANOLA SO I CRUSHED UP SOME GINGER SNAPS IN PROCESSOR FOR TOPPI NG...I DONT THINK YOU COULD GO WRONG WITH ANY FRUIT YOU CHOOSE SO HAVE FUN, MAKE IT YOUR OWN AND ENJOY...

This was great and easy. I used low-fat vanilla yogurt and left out the vanilla extract. I used frozen peaches that I thawed. Delicious!!

What an easy breakfast treat to accompany your brunch. Serve in fancy compote dishes and top with fresh berries. Looks like the ritz! Tastes like the ritz!

Out of the park. So rich and creamy and not too sickly sweet. The variations are many as well. I layered mine in parfait glasses with layers of fruit. Set on a tray in the diningroom, they looked wonderful and welcoming to my guests and the moaning of happiness from them, let me know they were being treated to something special.
