I add a little bit of freshly chopped dill to bring out the flavor of all the veggies in the spread. Tastes so much better

Simply delicious! I used Neufchatel instead of cream cheese and it's just as good. Even better because it's lower in fat. Our family's favorite spread!

SO delicious!! I LOVE vegetable cream cheese but never buy it because Philadelphia doesn't make a reduced fat version. Now I can just buy plain reduced fat cream cheese and make my own vegetable cream cheese! I did not use the smoked salmon because I really don't like salmon so my review is just for the cream cheese alone. I didn't use an electric mixer like the recipe said, I just mixed the room temperature cream cheese with a rubber spatula in a bowl, I don't see any reason to dirty the electric mixer for this. It's great because you can half the recipe if you are only making it for yourself or make the full amount if you having guests over. Very versatile and very yummy! It will become a regular in my refrigerator.

Really delightful! Served this for Easter appetizer before ham and everyone loved it. The vegetable cream cheese adds such a special touch versus just the normal plain cream cheese. I used my mandolin and "grated" the radishes (and onion for topping. I used my vegetable dicer device from Williams Sonoma to get perfect tiny cubes of the celery and carrots. So fresh and springy! Oh, and I served six adults easily with this amount and still had a little leftover. I thought I'd have to double it but not so. Thanks, Ina!

I made this recipe for bagels I took to work. It's super easy to make, delicious and everyone loved it. I will never buy store bought again. I need to try this with the smoked salmon next. I will make this again very soon. Would love to experiment with more flavors! THANKS INA

Super good cream cheese spread. I added a tiny bit of minced fresh dill. So good with or without the salmon.

I made this for my husband because he loves smoked salmon. I don't like salmon, but I put the cream cheese on a multi-grain bagel. My husband loved his bagel, and we both agreed that the veggie cream cheese was really good. And it was easy to make, too! I will try it like others have with crackers or pita chips.

I tried this recipe because I thought my husband would like it. Surprise! We both loved it! Packed full of flavor for very little effort or ingredients. We had this for a late lunch on a rainy day and had some left for later in the afternoon. Yum! We like our bread toasted, so I did toast our bagels on my panini grill first. It gave the bagel a crunch to go along with the chewy texture. Just for grins, we tried this on crackers and it was also delicious. I think it would make a quick and easy dip also and will try it with celery sticks and other veggies and probably even chips. This recipe is a winner - thanks so much!

My family loved this for brunch on Easter Sunday. It is really pretty and perfect with the salmon. Slicing the bagel so you could have three thinner pieces instead of two thicker ones made the bagels so much easier to eat. This recipe was a hit with the men so we will have it again soon!
