I just finished making Trisha's relish and I think it is delicious. It was a little juicy so I put a strainer over a bowl and let it sit for a little before I added the sugar. I will keep on making this. It is fast, easy and very tasty. I love the show.

I too made this ahead of time. Sorry, Trisha, I did not care for it. I am going to serve it for Thanksgiving and see what others think. I guess I was thinking this was going to be a sweet/tart dish, but it actually did not have much flavor. I am hoping that it will mesh together and taste differently in a couple of days.

I made this as a trial before Thanksgiving to see if I wanted to replace my current cranberry side. I made it exactly as the recipe stated. I'm thinking it would make a decent condiment, but as a dish alone, it wasn't a hit for my family.

Could hardly wait to try this, as I LOVE cranberries! Made it and served with Pork Chops. My husband absolutely loved it. Will serve at our family Thanksgiving! Went lighter on the sugar, but that is something that is up to one's personal taste..
