Loved the horseradish remoulade; it made the sandwich. Wish we had better rolls in the area for the sandwich because that is what makes a po' boy even better. Everyone in the family enjoyed this including my 2 year old.

I signed up tonight at Food Network, just to rate this sandwich.
Delicious. Satisfying. My picky eating husband said that this sandwich was in his top ten. By the time the dishes were done, he had elevated it to his top five.

I had some leftover remoulade and I think it is going to make some killer vegie dip.

Try this recipe. You won't be disappointed.
