    I loved the Sauce to this recipe! It was so well balanced, I loved the sweet from the honey and the tangy from the mustard. I didn't really follow the exact measurements; I eyeballed most of the ingredients to my family's liking

    Delicious. We used Stone Ground Dijon mustard and I loved the taste!!! My favorite salmon recipe. I can't wait to use again on the 20lb springer I caught last weekend!

    Absolutely delicious! I added about a tsp of fresh garlic and a couple pinches of hot pepper flakes and some ground up mustard seed b/c I had it in my cupboard and my husband said it tasted like restaurant quality! Will definitely be adding this to the regular menu in our household.

    This glaze is fantastic. It is simple to make and quick I baked mine instead of grilling. I will use this glaze on other meats

    This dish was absolutely amazing! I followed the recipe to the tee, with the exception of using a grill pan instead of a real grill and the use of salmon without any skin. The glaze is de-LISH! My boyfriend absolutely loved it as well. I would definitely break out this recipe to impress dinner guests!

    Unlike many who have reviewed this recipe, I am a HUGE salmon fan. Eat it every chance I get. Sushi, grilled, baked, you name it, I will eat it. And this recipe is spot-on. I followed the recipe exactly, even though I used only 3/4 pound of salmon [fillets for 2]. We soaked up the extra sauce with little left over. For sides I made twice baked potatoes and gourmet haricot vert, but all my Dad could talk about was this sauce. Marinated for a few hours, then cooked it in the oven [in the sauce] for 25 minutes at 375 and it was juicy, and delicious! Take it from a salmon connoisseur, the balances of flavors in this sauce, matched with the salmon are pure perfection. Bobby, I think you just found yourself another fan. Thank you so much! Wow!
