I cook and eat a lot of fish and I have to say that the dish was decent to good. Depending on how you cook it and for how long will obviously be how moist or dry your fish turns out but it felt like it was missing something.

It was good. But we cooked it on wood planks on the bbq, the result was too many strong flavors mixed together. Next time we'll try cooking directly on the BBQ.

This was wonderful! Not too spicy, but just enough sweetness and savory!

Yummy! I cooked mine in a cast iron skillet and added a bit of oil to start with, I think that may have contributed to the oiliness of the fish in the end. I will grill next time. Still it was moist and had a wonderful flavor, the family loved it! We will be making this again.

Delicious! This glaze has THE BEST flavor and makes a beautiful presentation! It freezes well for future use, too. I used wild-caught (not farm-raised salmon for better flavor and texture. It's a winner, Bobby!

We really enjoyed this. I grilled the salmon on my George Foreman grill (yes, old school!. Then just drizzled the sauce on it once plated. Delicious!!
A repeat, for sure.

I baked it in a foil packet at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes. My cut was a bit thick so that's why it took so long. Very good!
