    My husband and I decided to try this recipe from the magazine because it looked different and interesting, and he is always looking for a way to get me to eat more chicken bc I'm a red meat girl! Anyway, this was SO EASY and delicious! The grapes and roasted onions add a sweetness to the dish that was unique and yummy. The oven does all of the work and we used a quick cook couscous that took 5 min while the chicken was resting. My husband could not find plain, so he grabbed a garlic and olive oil flavor couscous, which added to the flavor. I highly recommend! And I came on to save to my recipe box so I can find this quickly as I think that is gong to be repeated many times! Thanks Food Network Magazine!
