Tasty and will be made again. My dish wasn't dry at all. This meal may not have the complexity that more labor-intensive meals may have, but for the preparation time and relatively inexpensive ingredients, it was a very high return on investment. And healthy? Score! Thank you, sir.

We loved it! We watched Booby's show Bobby Flay Fit (I can not leave the link on my comment where Bobby uses lemon juice and butter in the sauce. I am not sure why they are not included in the online recipe, it's all about the flavor and the flavor is great! Looking forward to left overs for lunch.

Not bad, but as dragongirl26 said, it was a bit dry and needed a bit of oomph, although the peppers helped a lot (I used 1/2 a diced jalapeno for 2 people. I agree that it needed the squeeze of lemon juice. Normally, I don't cook with it, but I thought it could also have used a smidge of butter as well (ironic for a healthy pasta. It was easy to make, surprisingly filling and not remotely greasy.

We enjoyed this; however, it seems to be a bit dry. Not sure if I reduced the wine too much or maybe needed to add more pasta water. It seemed to be better once it sat in the refrigerator overnight and the flavors had a chance to meld together. A squeeze of fresh lemon juice over the top seems to help. Definitely not greasy, though, and the regular sized portion is very filling!

Loved it, it wasn't greasy and had lots of flavor without being sickening rich
