LOVE this recipe and most anything by Ellie! I added a slight twist and instead of using roasted red peppers I use peppadews! We top our burgers with bean sprouts, lettuce, onion, tomato, shredded carrot and Tzatziki.

Simply delicious!!! I used my panini press to grill the burgers and they came out moist. I'm so glad I found this recipe.

These were really really good. I loved the way the mozzarella oozed out when you took a bite and the roasted red peppers were the perfect little punch of flavor. Not overpowering at all. I topped my with red onions and made sauteed mushrooms for the husband. Big hit. These are definitely going in the permanent cook book.

This was a real big hit with my family! We love burgers on the grill ... but this took it to a whole new level. We had these twice the first week and then tried stuffing the burgers with cooked mushrooms and cheddar the next. These were great too!

I just made these burgers, and they were amazing. I am so excited to have a burger recipe that is actually healthy! Its important to remember that you are cooking with turkey, so even though you MUST make sure to cook all the way through, you also want to be careful not to over cook them, otherwise they will get super dry. We BBQ'd them at 375, 5 minutes each side, and they came out perfect.

My family wouldn't even eat these. We are usually fansof Ellie's recipies, but this was bland, flavorless and tough to digest.

I tried this recipe and it was wonderful, my husband liked it as well. My only suggestion would be to wet your hands when pressing the patties together, before I did that I had a sticky mess. Otherwise, simple and easy.

These were so unbelievable! I added a little bit of garlic and red pepper flakes to the stuffing and also topped with sauteed mushrooms...I cannot wait to eat another one for lunch tomorrow!

I've tried turkey burgers before & they're usually not all that flavorful. I really wanted to use the ground turkey that had been sitting in the freezer, so I gave this recipe a try. I was glad I did! My boyfriend loved them! I will be looking forward to make them again!
