... but not amazing. I followed the recipe and mine came out dry too. I enjoyed the concept and the health factor, but I wasn't really wowed. The onion rings tho... what a great recipe!

I made these exactly like the recipe stated but used 1 slice of reduced fat pepper jack cheese instead of the mozzarella. I pressed the two thin turkey patties together using a little water since the meat was a bit sticky to work with and grilled them over medium high heat for EXACTLY 5 minutes per side. Juicy, delicious and NOT A BIT DRY!! Awesome!!!!!

Dry, and the turkey burgers were definitely too thick; next time I would do them half the size. To combat the dryness, I put some coleslaw I was serving on the side directly on the bun. Winner!

The burgers were good, but it needed something else to add flavor to it. I added garlic to it, but that wasn't enough.

As others have stated, it is hard to get a not-dry turkey burger. These cooked up beautifully on the grill. I put them on the second shelf, that way they would cook thoroughly and not dry out. I also added fresh basil leaves to the stuffed part, and italian breadcrumbs (I used progresso to the turkey mixture. It gave it the perfect amount of seasoning. Will definitely use again

This was the best turkey burger I have eaten is such a looong time! I tweaked it a little added scallions and instead of regular salt I used Kosher salt, which has less sodium, and it was the best. Very flavorful and it made my dull day more energetic. If I could have eaten all the burgers I would've been happy but we really can't do that now can we!

Everyone loved it. I must say though, add some jalapeno and fresh thyme into the meat mixture. It's heavenly.

I made these today after years of trying and failing to make a good turkey burger. These were so good and juicy. I believe I will make these a regular on my menu. I will also switch up the veggies I put inside the patties. The only thing I regret is that I didn't buy a better bun!
P.S. The sweet potato fries are good too!

So yummy! Make extra to heat up. I also stuffed some with sun dried tomatoes.
