Sooo good! I only gave it 4 stars because it was a little oily, but my whole family loved it!

This is the best peanut brittle recipe that I have ever used. I've cooked for 40 years and tried alot but this is the best. It doesn't get tacky and has a good butter flavor. Perfect

These were very easy to make and very good, it took along time for mine to reach 300 as well. I halved the recipe and will make these as gifts this Christmas(2013...my sister and brother said they were really good, this one is a keeper!

I made this before Christmas, and YES, it was EASY. Had a hard time finding raw peanuts, but a friend got them for me from Whole Foods. I wonder if roasted peanuts would work just as well. Takes some patience waiting for that candy thermometer reach 300. Was glad my daughter was there to help me turn the batch out onto the cookie sheet. Definately need another set of hands. Came out PERFECT.

This was the easiest thing to do and so darn good. After I put it on the cookie sheet, I dusted some of it w cayenne pepper to give it a kick. DELICIOSO!!!!!
p.s. When she says move quick, you better move your buns bc it begins to harden IMMEDIATELY!

This recipe made the best peanut brittle that I tasted. I also made it using pecans instead of peanuts and it came out great! Thanks for sharing this. Janice D.
