This recipe was incredibly easy and VERY delicious! i've never written a review before, but the recipe was so good, full of flavor and a nice contrast in textures. The other review is "right on" and my only wish is wondering what wine Bobby Flay would recommend for the grouper/sauce and relish.
    Give this a try!

My girlfriend and I tried this tonight and we LOVED it! The sour orange sauce was incredibly flavorful and tasted insanely great! The fish and sauce topped with the relish...simply said, it was packed with flavor and had us both wanting more. I don't think I've ever wanted to clean my plate like this before.
