I made this recipe last Wednesday for my family & friends. I had two people who did not like grits, but loved this recipe. I will be making this again tonight per request from one on those none grit eating people.

Delicious! Had to add a bit of cheddar cheese to the grits but afterwards I could see it not needing it.

Just finished eating this. Great! I omitted the OO and used regular bacon, adding a few extra pieces bc I'm a big fan. I also used regular fat half and half. Next time I think I'll fry up the bacon, take it out so it stays crispy and then sprinkle it on top when plating. I'll be making this again for sure!
