Easy to make and so good. The cauliflower was the perfect side. I used the almonds and they gave a nice crunch.

Made this recipe for company twice... once w the caulflower shown here and once with steamed asparagus and the sage potatoe au gratin recipe in the Mar '13 magazine... a success both times. Can make in advance and even let salmon sit in marinade in refrig for 2 hours and delicious! Expect great on grill come the summer.

My 4yo son asked if we could eat this again tomorrow night!! I really liked the taste of the salmon, definitely let fish marinate for the time suggested, end result is worth it.

Both the salmon and cauliflower were delicious. My picky 4 year old loved both, and even my very picky 20 month old ate a few bites. I would double the amounts for the cauliflower dish - I wanted more!
